This Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to call for the records in C.C. No.66 of 2015 on the file of the Metropolitan Magistrate Fast Track Court -IV Court, George Town, Chennai and quash the same.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner sought for permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Original petition. Accordingly, he would send E-mail of the Official of the Court with regard to withdrawal of the petition as his endorsement.
