..Respondents Prayer:- This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to direct the 1st respondent to produce the detenue, Anuthulasi, S/o S.K.Muventhen, aged 3 years from the illegal custody of the 2nd respondent and set her at liberty.

Heard, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties concerned.
2. This matter has been placed before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to the High Court, Madras, for arriving at an amicable settlement. The Mediation Interim Report dated 21.01.2015 has been filed before this Court. The said report reads as follows: "Both sides, out of their own volition and without any pressure or coercion from any side have agreed as follows:
1. Both parties agreed that the Minor Child Anu Thulasi shall be in the custody of the 2nd respondent (Maternal Grand Mother).
2. Both parties arrived at an interim arrangement that the Petitioner/ Father shall visit the child on alternative weekends (Saturday or Sunday) at Amman Koil near the Airport Coimbatore.
3. Petitioner/ Father shall intimate the 2nd Respondent (Maternal Grand Mother) over the phone two days prior to his visitation of the child." 3.In view of the agreement entered into between the parties concerned, we find no further orders are necessary in the present Habeas Corpus Petition, at this stage.
