Seeking a direction to the respondents police to Register a case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 03.09.2014, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police.

3. It appears that a civil suit was filed in O.S.No.532 of 2014 in respect of the dispute and an exparte decree was obtained. Under such circumstances, the petitioner should approach the civil Court for appropriate direction.
