Seeking permission to get valuation of the movables belonging to the company in liquidation kept at Everonn House, Plot Nos.96-99, Industrial Estate, Perungudi, Chennai - 96 and available at Capital Tower, Unit Nos.203 and 204, II Floor, Door Nos.6/13 and 6/14, Kodambakkam High Road, Nungambakkam, Chennai - 34 and also cars parked at basement of the Official Liquidator's office referred above through ITCOT Consultancy Service and to direct the secured creditors of the company in provisional liquidation to present at the time of valuation of the movable assets and also direct them to bear the incidental expenses towards valuation such as valuers fee and other miscellaneous expenses, the Official Liquidator has filed the present application.

2.Inasmuch as the learned Official Liquidator has already taken possession of the assets and without the report of the valuer, the sale cannot be proceeded with, this Court is of the view that the application deserves to be allowed.
