This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing respondents 1 and 2 to take suitable legal action to prevent the third respondent from fencing the pond/patta land of the petitioner situated at Survey No.148, Sengalipalayam Village, Uthukuli Taluk, Tiruppur District.

2. Heard Mr.C.Munusamy, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of respondents 1 and 2.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 1 and 2 submitted that on the representation of the petitioner, current paper in C.P.No.4 of 2024 is pending and a decision will be taken on the same at the earliest.

4. In view of the submission made by learned Additional Public 2/4

Prosecutor, this petition is disposed of directing the respondents 1 and 2 to take a decision in C.P.No.4 of 2024 within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
