This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that they shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.29138 of 2022 dated 29.11.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Polur, Thiruvannamalai District, on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and also appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
