O R D E R

This petition has been filed for modification of the conditions imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur in Cr.M.P.No.7054 of 2018 by order dated 17.12.2018 in crime No.213 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was granted bail by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur in Cr.M.P.No.7054 of 2018 by order dated 17.12.2018 by imposing condition directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of 30 days and the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly till date. Now, he prays to modify the said condition imposed on the petitioner.

3.Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

4.Considering the above said submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Mangalamedu Police Station, Permabalur District daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
