J U D G M E N T

When the case is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellants submits that the present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been filed against the impugned order dated 12.04.2004 passed by Employees State Insurance cum Principal Labour Court, Chennai in C.M.P.No.195 of 2004 in unnumbered E.I.O.P.No.

Of 2004. Later, E.I.O.P was numbered as E.S.I.O.P.No.86 of 2004 and it was disposed on 23.04.2007 by the Employees Insurance Court (Principal Labour Court) Chennai and therefore, the present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has become infructuous. He also filed a order copy of the said E.S.I.O.P.No.86 of 2004.

2.Recording the above submissions of the learned counsel for the appellant, the present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No cost. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
