Since this Court is not inclined to pass any adverse order as against the respondents, notice to the respondents is dispensed with. 2.W.P.No.1409 of 2026 has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to issue an appointment order for the post of Data Entry Operator to the petitioner, by considering her representation dated 19.12.2025. 3.W.P.No.1413 of 2026 has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to issue an appointment order for the post of Junior Assistant to the petitioner, by considering his representation dated 19.12.2025.
4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted 2/4
that the petitioners made representations dated 19.12.2025 to the respondents seeking to direct the respondents to issue appointment order for the post of Data Entry Operator and Junior Assistant respectively, to the petitioners, however, there is no response. Hence, this Court may without going into the merits of the case, issue direction to the respondents to consider the petitioners representation dated 19.12.2025 and to pass appropriate orders, within a reasonable time frame.
5.Considering the limited relief now sought for by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, direct the respondents to consider the petitioners representation dated 19.12.2025, on merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.The writ petitions are disposed of.
