This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register the F.I.R based on the complaint made by the petitioner dated 24.03.2016 against the named person and investigate the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 24.03.2016 given by the petitioner, it essentially appears to be a money dispute between the parties. Hence, no positive direction can be issued by the respondent police to register an F.I.R., https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner, to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
