ORDER
Seeking a direction to the respondent to investigate the case in Crime No.412 of 2014 pending investigation on the file of the respondent police and to file a final report before the competent Court by altering suitable sections, the petitioner is before this Court with this petition.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 3.Today, Mr.B.Jaishankar, Inspector of Police, Kelamangalam Police Station, Krishnagiri District, has filed a status report wherein, in paragraph Nos.11 & 12, it has been stated as follows:- "11.I submit that respondent police had registered the case and conducted the investigation, the investigation is pending for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
getting the Viscera and Chemical Analysis from the Authorities concerned, as soon as I received the said report, I will be able to proceed investigation of this case.
12.I submit that on 15.06.2015, through proper channel, I have sent top priority letter to the Forensic Science Department, Salem to receive the Chemical Analysis Report of the deceased. As early as, I have received the said report, I have to proceed further investigation of this case."
4.In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to expeditiously conduct investigation in Crime No.412 of 2014 and file final report before the concerned Court, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent may also show a copy of this order to the officials of the Tamil Nadu Forensic Laboratory for getting Viscera and Chemical Analysis reports at the earliest.
5.With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
