ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent police to alter the F.I.R. from 174 Cr.P.C and to add suitable IPC Section in Crime No.33 of 2016.
2. The learned Government Advocate on instructions would submit that the FIR was registered on 26.06.2016 for offence under Section 174 of Cr.P.C. The investigation is in progress. If, in the course of investigation, the respondent police collected sufficient materials, the offence will be accordingly altered and the accused persons will be brought to book.
3. In view of the above submission, there shall be a direction to the respondent police to continue the investigation effectively and based on the materials collected during the course of investigation, either alter the FIR or file a final report in Crime No.33 of 2016 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
