O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the the respondents herein to not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry on the basis of the petitioner representation dated 31.12.2021 made to the first respondent.

2. Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant against the petitioner, enquiry was conducted in C.No.16/STGDP/DIPS/21 and the enquiry has been closed. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear that now the complaint has been closed, the respondents shall not call the petitioner in guise of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

enquiry and harass him.

4. With the above observations, the Criminal Original Petition stands Closed.
