Prayer Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the 1st and 2nd respondents from measuring the petitioner's land situated in S.No.254/1C Naranapuram Village, Palladam Taluk Tiurppur district to the extent of 0.51 acres.

Order The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that a Writ Appeal is to be filed by the petitioner as against the order dated 22.10.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No.37067 of 2024, which is connected to this case. He has made an endorsement to the Court bundle withdrawing this Writ Petition. However, a liberty is sought for by the petitioner to raise all contentions, which have been raised in this Writ Petition before the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in the Writ Appeal to be filed by the petitioner as against the order dated 22.10.2025 in W.P.No.37067 of 2024.

2. In terms of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn. However, liberty, as prayed for, is granted. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
