ORDER

The present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been filed seeking quashment of order dated 21.06.2005 in C.P.No.53 of 2004 passed by the Company Law Board.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, it was brought to the notice of this Court that, the matter pertaining to the present appeal was already settled before the Hon'ble Apex Court in Crl.A.Nos.1177 & 1179 of 2005 and recording the same, the similar Appeals in C.M.A.Nos.307 & 308 of 2006 were dismissed as withdrawn, vide order of this Court dated 25.02.2021.

3. In view of the order of the Hon'ble Apex Court of India in Crl.A.Nos.1177 & 1179 of 2005, no further adjudication is required in this appeal and accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 11.10.2023 skt 2/4
