Respondents PRAYER: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent herein in his proceedings in G.O.Ms.No.80, Tourism, Culture & Religious Endowments (C1-1) Department dated 24.02.2016 and G.O.Ms.No.81, Tourism, Culture & Religious Endowments (C1-1) Department dated 24.02.2016 and quash the same and consequently direct the first and second respondents to restore the seniority of the petitioner as ordered in G.O.MS No.191 (Tourism & Culture (C1-1) Department, dated 28.09.2012, within a time frame.

For Petitioner : Ms.G.Sangeetha for M/s.G.Bala and Daisy For Respondents : Mr.J.Ramesh Additional Government Pleader for R1 to R3.

O R D E R

Ms.G.Sangeetha, learned representing counsel for the petitioner has filed a letter dated 03.09.2019 addressed to the Deputy Registrar, High Court of Madras, informing that they got instruction from the client to withdraw the writ https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petition. The said letter is taken on record. An endorsement to the said effect is also taken from the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the letter submitted and the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous petition is also closed.
