This Court passed an order, ordering notice to the respondents and the case was admitted.
2. The matter was listed on several occasions and opportunities were being provided to the appellant to serve notice to the respondents.
3. In spite of the order of this Court, the appellant has not taken effective steps to serve notice to the respondents for a period of about fourteen years. 4. In view of the fact that the appellant has not taken any steps to serve notice for a period of about fourteen years, this Court is not inclined to keep the matter pending any longer and, accordingly, the civil miscellaneous appeal stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected M.P.Nos. 1 and 2 of 2006 are closed.
