ORDER
Seeking a direction to the respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.413 of 2013 on the file of the respondent police within a stipulated time , the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2. It is seen that a case has been registered in Crime No.413 of 2013 on 17.12.2013. Hence, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry as expeditiously as possible and file a final report or a closure report as the case may be, before the concerned Court and intimate the same to the petitioner herein. Thereafter, the petitioner is directed to workout his remedies in the manner known to law.
With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
