ah COMMON ORDER The present petitions have been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.Nos.28081 & 28077 of 2024 dated 11.11.2024 imposed by this Court. 2.Almost regular compliance of the condition has been conceded by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side). Investigation completed and final report filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Kumarapalayam. 3.In view of the same, the said condition is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Kumarapalayam, on 05.02.2025 and thereafter on the date fixed by the learned Trial Judge.

4. The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered accordingly. 22.01.2025 ah
