This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.24161 of on 10.10.2022, that the petitioners shall stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, North Beach Police Station, Chennai, daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m, for a period of 30 days and thereafter, report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are modified to that effect, that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m, until filing of the final report.
