J U D G M E N T

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant made a submission that he has no instructions regarding the settlement made between the parties. However, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that the issues between the parties had already been settled and the same was informed by the parties to the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents.

2. This being the factum, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the appeal suit. Accordingly, the appeal suit in A.S.No.236 of 2010 stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
