This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to withdraw the case in Crime No.177/2016 from the file of the fourth respondent and transfer the same to the third respondent for fair investigation under the supervision of the first and second respondents and to file final report before the Judicial Magistrate, Thenkanikottai, Krishnagiri District, within the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

time frame fixed by this Court, based on the petitioner's representation dated 30.07.2016.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner states that till now the fourth respondent has neither collected the vital evidence, viz.the cell phone from the accused, nor conducted fair investigation. Stating so, the learned counsel prayed for transfer of the case from the file of the fourth respondent to the file of the third respondent and also for a direction to file final report within a specified time frame. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of directing the fourth respondent to file final report as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
