Prayer:- Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to call for the records relating to the detention order in C3.D.O.No.125/2017 dated 08.12.2017 passed by the 2nd respondent herein under the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the petitioner's son Rashya @ Agilan, Son of Renu aged 43 years, the detenu now confined in Central Prison, Vellore, before this Court and set the petitioner's son Rashya @ Agilan, aged 43 years at liberty.
