The present petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.17254 of 2024 dated 22.10.2024 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

ah 2.Almost regular compliance of the condition has been conceded by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side).

3.In view of the same, the said condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
