ORDER

When the matter is taken up, none appeared for the petitioners.

2. The learned Government Advocate [Criminal side] appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that in C.C.No.116 of 2012, already Prosecution Witnesses 1 to 7 have been examined.

3. In view of the above, there is no need to quash the case https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

in C.C.No.116 of 2012. Further, the Calendar Case is pending from 2012 and now the trial has been commenced and seven prosecution witnesses have been examined. Under these circumstances, this court is not inclined to quash the complaint. Therefore, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
