O R D E R

This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to suspend the sentence of imprisonment imposed on the petitioner/ appellant made in S.C.No.16 of 2024, dated 30.04.2024 on the file of the I Additional Sessions Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, convicting him for the offence under Section 307 IPC to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of 10 years and to pay a fine of Rs.1,00,000/-, in default, to undergo simple imprisonment for a period of two years, and enlarge the petitioner/appellant on bail pending disposal of the above appeal.

2. Since this Court is inclined to hear the main appeal itself soon after receiving the records from the Court below, this miscellaneous petition is closed.
