O R D E R

In a suit for recovery of money based on a certain commercial transaction between the parties, the 1st defendant has approached this Court in this revision for an expeditious disposal of the suit.

2. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that the 2nd defendant, who was a former director of the 1st defendant Company, was impleaded in his personal capacity and that this defendant has taken out an application to delete the name of the 2nd defendant, and that it was allowed even in the year 2019. But the plaintiff has not carried out necessary amendment in the plaint, nor is there any substantial progress in the suit, worried the learned counsel.

3.Learned trial Judge / XXII Assistant City Civil Judge, Allikulam, is now required to dispose of the matter within a period of six (6) months from today.

4.This Court is informed that the suit was posted yesterday (15.03.2022) and it was adjourned to 13.06.2022. The trial Court is also now directed to advance the hearing after issuing notice to the counsel on both the parties.

Six (6) month's time may be reckoned from the date on which the hearing of the Suit was advanced by the trial Court.
