COMMON ORDER These petitions have been filed to relax the conditional order 7(b) that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 06.30 p.m unitl further orders dated 22.11.2024 imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.29323 and 29322 of 2024.

2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in Paragraph 7(b) of the order in Crl.O.P.No.29323 and 29322 of 2024 dated 22.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 06.30 p.m until further orders.
