Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.6585/2021 in Crl.O.P.No.5590/2021 dated 01/07/2021 concerned the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month ie. on the first working day of every month at 10.30 AM until further orders and thus render justice. Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.BALU, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.6585 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No. 5590 of 2021, dated 01.07.2021.
