PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the records of the 2nd Respondent pertaining to the order made in Memo No.650/BCDFGISSV/2023, Dated 08.12.2023 in detaining the detenue under the Tamilnadu Act 14/1982 as a Goonda and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenue, namely Kumara @ Kumaran Son of Govindaraj, aged 24 years who is detained at the Central Prison Puzhal, Chennai, before this Hon'ble Court and set him at liberty.

19.01.2024, submitted that the detention order has already been revoked.

2. Recording the said submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
