ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.215 of 2024 pending on the file of the first respondent, registered for the offences under Sections 329(3), 324(4), 296(b), 351(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, as against the petitioner. 2.

On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent police submitted that after completion of investigation, the first respondent filed final report and the same has been taken cognizance in S.T.C.No.39 of 2024 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Palacode, Dharmapuri District. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. 3.

In view of the above submissions, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
