PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to implement the government orders passed in G.O.Ms.63 Education department dated 20.05.2022 which was also confirmed by the government in their G.O.Ms.133 Education department, dated 14.06.2007 for appointment of the Art Masters.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, Mr.R.Bharanidaran, and Mr.K.H.Ravikumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondents contended that the relief sought in this writ petition is squarely covered by an order passed by this Court in W.P.No.10582 of 2010 dated 03.09.2010. 2.
