This writ petition is filed praying for a writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to the proceeding of the 2nd Respondent in Pro.No.ELCOT/PER/OPC-07 dated 08.03.2013 and quash the same.

2. When the matter was called today, the learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the retirement benefits of the petitioner has been settled. He has also made an endorsement to the said effect. 2/4
