This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct respondent police to investigate and to file a Final Report in crime No.201 of 2014 dated 10.07.2014 under Section 294[b], 324 IPC on the file of the respondent police in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The respondent-Police is directed to complete the investigation and file a Final Report or a Closure Report as the case may be, expeditiously, under due intimation to the defacto complainant.
