ORDER
The criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondents to remove the petitioner's name from the History sheet (Rowdy List) maintaining by the 3rd respondent in pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 18.12.2021.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner sent a representation to the respondents on 18.12.2021 and the same was received by them, despite the same, no action has been taken. The petitioner is being detained as history sheeter and he was forced to sign before the third respondent police, the petitioner questioned about the same and also sought the details of the History Sheet Number. The same was not provided but the petitioner was forced to sign before the respondent police station daily. The petitioner apprehends that due to the petitioner being branded as History Sheeter, he cannot contest in the election. He wanted to serve the public and do public service and he is a public mind person. He has got no crime against him except a case in the year 2019. Now, the election is to be shortly declared and for that reason, his name to be removed from the History Sheet.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the petitioner was not forced and compelled to sign in any register by the third respondent as contended by the petitioner. The petitioner involved in crime No.605 of 2020 under Sections 147, 148, 294 307 IPC and yet another case in Crl.O.P.No.10289 of 2021, which was quashed by this Court on 24.06.2021 on the ground of compromise. The petitioner involved in a serious offences. For maintaining law and order, at that time, the whereabouts of the petitioner is verified. Be that as it may, the petitioner sent a representation to the respondents on 18.12.2021.

In view of the same, the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.12.2021 and pass appropriate order if the petitioner is a history sheeter, otherwise the outcome of the disposal of the representation to be informed to the petitioner. The entire exercise would be completed within a period of four weeks. Accordingly, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
