Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the 2nd respondent to furnish the documents sought by the petitioner by formulating a fresh list of documents in Crime No.2 of 2015 as per the procedure established by law.

ORDER

The petitioner herein filed the above Criminal Original petition seeking for a direction to furnish the documents in crime no.2/2015 by formulating a fresh list of documents as contemplated under Section 207 Cr.P.C.

The documents sought by the petitioner are the statements of the following witnesses recorded under Section 16(3) Cr.P.C. a) Vishnu Priya the Deputy Superintendent of Police from Kathiresan, Kailashchanth Meena, Gurudevan, Boopathiraja, Rajan, Karthik, Venkatraman, Arumugan, Appusamy b) Saraswathi the Inspector of Police of Railway from (a) Kathireesan (b) Kailashshanth Meena, (C) V.A.O.(Gurudevan), (D) Boopathi Raja dated 24.06.2015.

c) Appusamy the Sub Inspector of Police Railway from Kathiresanm Kailshchanth Meena, Gurudevan, Boopathiraja 24.06.2015 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

d) Sakarabani the Inspector of police from Kathiresan, Kailashchanth Meena, Gurudevan, Boopathiraja, Rajan, Karthick, Venkatraman, Arumugam, Appusamy.

The 39 pages report along with photos and videos forwarded by the Tilai Natrajan the Deputy Superintendent of police to Vishnu Priya.

The petitioner is now seeking to furnish the aforesaid 161 statements which according to hims has not been furnished till date. Since the petitioner is entitled for such statement under Section 207 Cr.P.C, the Trial Court is directed to supply the petitioner with the afore said documents at least within a period of two days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
