This petition is filed by the petitioners/appellants seeking to condone the delay of 278 days in filing of the above Writ Appeal against the order dated 09.03.2021 made in W.P. No. 31056 of 2012.

2. Heard both sides. The learned counsel for the respondent stated no objection for ordering this petition.

3. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and also considering the no objection expressed on the side of the respondent, the delay is condoned and this petition is accordingly, ordered.
