This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner or interfere with her personal liberty.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.
3. On a complaint given by one Raja, a petition enquiry is pending and therefore, no blanket order can be granted. The petitioner is directed to participate in the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, she should not be harassed.
4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
