C.M.P.No.1099 of 2024 in S.A.Sr.No.2001 of 2024 P.T.ASHA, J., This petition is filed to condone the delay of 16 days in filing the above appeal in S.A.Sr.No.2001 of 2004.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant. The learned counsel for the appellant would submit that the possession has been taken, which fact has been denied by the learned counsel for the respondent.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 16 days in filing the above appeal in S.A.Sr.No.2001 of 2004 is condoned.

4. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and print the name of Mr.C.Sugumar, learned counsel for the respondent when the matter is listed for admission.
