Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Declaration declaring Safeguard free and fair organisational Tamil Nadu Judo Association election and in strict compliance of the rules guidelines of the governments under impartial supervision and observation under the returning office and election observers appointed by Hon'ble Court also declare all the decisions JFI/03/2017/06 dated on 30.11.2017 Election of office bearers of Tamil Nadu Judo Association on behalf of 2nd respondent General Secretary of Judo Federation of India bring the affairs under the supervision of an impartial administrator appointed by the Hon'ble Court with immediate effect until the new President and office bearers of the 6th respondent of Tamil Nadu Judo Association are duly elected.

ORDER
(Made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner seeks a direction for the elections to the Tamil Nadu Judo Association to be held under Court supervision.
2. Ordinarily, Courts do not interfere in matters pertaining to private bodies or organisations controlling sports. The petitioner has to establish the petitioner's locus standi before any grievance can be entertained. The present public interest litigation is not received and the petitioner is left free to approach the appropriate civil forum by first establishing the petitioner's locus standi and seeking such relief that the petitioner may be entitled to for the conduct of the elections to the posts of office-bearers in the relevant association or the supervision thereof.
W.P.No.8536 of 2021 is disposed of.
Consequently, W.M.P.No.9097 of 2021 is closed. There will be no order as to costs.
