India, calling for the records in the impugned proceedings in Reference Case No. 5461 of 2023 on the file of the Respondent No. 1 Haryana Micro and small Enterprises Facilitation Council, Panchkula and quash the same as illegal and not maintainable, consequently, forbear the Respondent No. 2, M/s. Akshit enterprises Private limited from proceedings on the claim of delayed payments as prayed in Reference Case No. 5461 of 2023 on the file of the Respondent No. 1 Haryana Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council, Panchkulam. The order impugned relates to the Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council at Haryana. Since there is a vibrant High Court functioning at Punjab and Haryana, I am not inclined to exercise my jurisdiction.

2. Dr.S.R.Sundaram, who appears on-line, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and approach the jurisdictional High Court.

3. Permission and liberty are granted. This writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
