This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tirupur, to consider the bail application and pass orders on merits on the same day of the petitioner's surrender in connection with Crime No.728 of 2023 pending investigation on the file of the second respondent police.
