When the case is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant submits that the 1st and 2nd respondents have already withdrawn the amount which was deposited by the appellant before the Deputy Commissioner of Labour-2 and therefore, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
