ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent to provide police aid to the petitioner enabling her to remove the equipments articles and items details in the complaint dated 19/08/2014 filed to the respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. According to the petitioner, the properties belonging to her are lying in the premises of the Bunk and she needs police protection to remove the same. The petitioner has sent a representation by post to the concerned Inspector.

4. The petitioner is directed to go in person and lodge a complaint before the respondent police and on such a complaint being lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police is directed to conduct proper enquiry and take action in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
