This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.25 of 2013 on the file of the first respondent police, for offence under Section 66A of Information Technology Act, 2000, as against the petitioner.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that FIR in Crime No.25 of 2013 on the file of the first respondent police has been enquired and the same was closed on 12.05.2018 as 'Further Action Dropped' and the closure report has also been filed before the learned XI Metropolitan https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
