ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.24609 of 2024 dated 04.10.2024.

2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.24609 of 2024 dated 04.10.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police every Saturday at 06.30 p.m., until further orders.
