JUDGMENT
S.P.Subramanian has filed the appeal against the decretal order dated 14.07.2006 passed in Guardian O.P. No.20 of 2002 in and by which the Principal District Judge, Cuddalore has ordered the custody of the child to be handed over to the mother. As against that the present C.M.A. has been filed. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, both the learned counsel would submit that during the pendency of the appeal, the son has attained majority and he has been continuously staying with his father and therefore, the appeal has become infructuous as he has become major.
3.As the son by name Nishanth was born on 27.03.1994 and from the date of filing of the restitution of conjugal rights and divorce petitions, the father has been taking care of his son, who was now attained majority, the appeal is dismissed as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
infructuous since it is submitted by both the learned counsel that he has become major. No costs. Consequently, M.P. No.1 of 2006 is closed.
