This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para No.4(b) on the petitioner by an order dated 31.10.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.24651 of 2023.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly once i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a further period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
