It is submitted by the learned Official Assignee that, though there had been number of claims more than thirty and after enquiry, the Official Assignee rejected all other claims, except fourteen claims which are admitted and in respect of the fourteen claims, the available amount in the estate of the insolvent to the extent of Rs.10,07,214/- at 100 Paise in a Rupee can be disbursed by way of dividend.

2. Recording the said submission made by the learned Official Assignee, the Official Assignee is permitted to declare the dividend at the said rate and disburse the same to be fourteen admitted claims.
