ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27987 of 2024 by an order dated 08.11.2024 passed by this Court to report before the respondent police every day at 06.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kudavasal and the same was not taken on file.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27987 of 2024 dated 08.11.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kudavasal, on 04.02.2025 at 10.30 a.m and thereafter, on the dates to be fixed by the learned Magistrate.
